Q: I have more than one VAT number. Do I need separate community platform accounts?
A: For each entity that has its own VAT number, submits data and uses certain Apps on the community platform, a registration for a separate account is required.
Q: I don’t see the App active in my account on the platform. What can I do?
A: The App will become available once all registration steps are finished for both platform access and App access (This may involve some paperwork). Your app will become available under the My Apps section on the main platform screen. In case you are convinced that you completed all registration steps and the App is not available, please contact our Support department (https://nallian.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new)
